Most our orders go through US Postal Mail, Priority & Insured. There are times that UPS or FedEx may be used especially when shipping larger items. We do not sell or share any of your information with anyone including email addresses. We do send email solicitations to customers and prospective customers who provide us their email address. Canada Shipments - Global Express w/Tracking & Insurance - This is the only shipping method we will use to ship to Canada due to many packages recently being lost during shipping. Shipping Cost - $25.00 If you are a Canadian resident, we will invoice you for the shipping charges seperately through Paypal or Google Checkout after you have placed your order. Shipping invoice is due upon receipt. We do ship to certain other countries at this time. However, it should be noted that most countries have a very strict policy on Customs and Imports from the US. The customer is responsible for all taxes, Custom fees and import fees that may be assesed. If a shipment is lost in the foreign postal system we are not responsible since our US Postal Service does not insure out of country items. Please write to JaRosesBoutique@aol.com to inquire if an item can be shipped to your country and what the total shipping and handling charge would be before placing an order. Shipping Fees are non-negotiable.

Sterling Silver Merchandise Quality - All of our merchandise is of excellent quality and is guaranteed to be .925 Sterling Silver or Better! You'll find that our cubic zirconia stones are made with top quality stones and high-shine finishes. Our manufacturers use a variety of techniques to minimize tarnishing and therefore finishes may vary.
All our Gold and Silver Items are 100% Real. Diamonds and other Gemstones are always real as listed. Gold, Silver, Fashion Jewelrly, Cubic Zirconia Jewelry all have seperate categories. Genuine Gemstones, Real Diamond Jewelry and all 10K, 14K, 18K Jewelry will be listed in the Fine Jewelry Categories. Fashion Jewelry is not mixed in with Fine Jewelry. All Fine Jewelry Categories contain Real Gemstones, 10K, 14K, or 18K Jewelry, and also Real Diamond Jewelry. There is also a seperate category for Cubic Zirconia or Simulated Diamond Jewelry. This section will contain a mixed variety of simulated diamond jewelry. (Gold plated, Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Simulated Diamonds done in real gold. Please read each item description.
Sterling silver jewelry is composed of 92.5% (925 parts per thousand) silver and 7.5% copper alloy. The copper increases the silvers hardness. Produced in mines (mainly Peru and Mexico) sterling silver has become a popular affordable alternative to white gold or platinum. It can be polished into a higher sheen than any other white metals.
Rhodium, which is a member of the platinum family, is a metal that is durable and hard. It has a whitish and silver appearance. When plated on other metals it produces a bright, shiny and long lasting silver-colored finish. This coating helps protect the silver from tarnishing, scratching, and corrosion
Cubic Zirconia is the finest substitute for diamonds. It can come in various colors and with the proper cleaning, it will retain its beauty for years. It is a synthetic gemstone that is chemically comprised of from a cubic form of zirconium oxide and yttrium oxide. Cubic Zirconias are cut in the same way diamond are cut. Depending on the styles, our CZs are both machine-cut and hand-cut. CZs are so solid that it outweighs a diamond of the same millimeter diameter by 1.7 times more.
To prevent jewelry from damage, store your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place individually in pouches or plastic bags to keep them from environmental harm. Do not rub jewelry with coarse fabric, it may scratch the jewelry surface. Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time, it may fade the color of the stone. Try to avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions because it may leave residue on the jewelry. To clean, wipe your jewelry with a damp cloth of warm water-detergent solution, then rinse well with clean water and air dry. Last, polish with a lint-free soft cloth. If your jewelry becomes tarnished, use a polish solution or a polishing cloth to the clean the piece.
We strive to exceed your expectations, therefore if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original & return shipping charges. Please contact me prior to returning items by email for further instructions and the return shipping address. Returns must be authorized within 3 days of your reciept of the item(s) and sent back within 14 days. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization or your return will not be accepted. Returns will be issued in the same method in which payment was originally received, usually within 5-7 days of receiving your jewelry return. If your item is a special or custom order (Example: custom sized rings or jewelry that has stones being custom set) then your item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We recommend, also, that you insure your package fully when sending, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage on returned items. For all returned or exchanged items, we recommend using Fed Ex or UPS, or insured US Post. Please keep all mailing receipts until the credit or exchange has been completed. You may return your item for a refund of product purchase price or exchange (minus original & return shipping charges). The item must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip and a return authorization number to receive proper credit. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, e-mail me. Provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, Custom sized Rings,customized or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns unless the item was sent in error by us. Original Shipping Charges may be refunded if a different item was sent to you in error by us or the item is damaged. Please notify me within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged, missing or a different item was sent to you in error. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted and returned back to you. Also you must contact me within 3 days to notify me of your intent to return an item. If you do not contact me within 3 days after you receive your item to obtain a return authorization your return will not be accepted and no refund will be given. Gift Baskets are non returnable and non refundable. Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted by state law.
Most items are shipped within 5 to 7 Business Days after payment is received. Items are ordered from the manufacturer after cleared payment is received. If paying by Personal Check, checks will be held for 10 Business Days before the item is ordered through our manufacturer. Please allow extra deliver time in this case. There may be times when an item is on back order or we are waiting for a shipment to come in from Italy. In that case we will notify you and you will have your choice of waiting for the item to come in or ask for a full refund. Please remember most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
We accept and prefer Paypal or Google Checkout. If you do not have a Paypal or Google account, you can set one up very easily at time of purchase. Credit cards are accepted by both Paypal & Google. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. Money Orders and Personal checks MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS from the day you placed your order. If payment is not received within 7 days from the order date, your order will be canceled. If you would still like to purchase the item after your order has been canceled, you may reorder it again through our website (www.jarosesuniqueboutique.ecrater.com). Please remember Personal Checks are held for 10 Business Days. It takes our bank approximately 7 to 10 business days for your check to clear. Once checks are clear we will then order your item through our distributor or you item will be shipped at that time.
